It is really difficult to find a dr that is trusted and liked and Dr Blau is that dr! He listens and I never feel rushed! I drive about 60 miles each way, to see him and will continue to because he is well worth it!! I highly recommend him!!

I think he could explain my procedure better. Recovery time and what to expect better. If the surgery would dissolve the pain.

Two months ago Dr Blau performed a â??lumbar radio-frequency neurotomyâ?? which has been life-changing for me. The 24/7 lower back pain was so bad that I couldnâ??t sleep at night, couldnâ??t do the most basic of yoga exercise, couldnâ??t walk 1/2 block, and was taking massive pain meds. I had a limp causing hip pain and exhaustion. After this procedure, the nerve pain and my limp are gone, allowing my hip to heal. Iâ??m sleeping through the night, not taking pain meds and. I can walk several blocks and do yoga again. I cannot thank Dr. Blau enough for completing this procedure. It has changed my life!

I like the fact that Dr. Blau laid out all the options and then recommended that I start with the simplest treatment. He takes time to explain things and schedules follow up visits to make sure the treatment is effective.

I was recommended to Dr. Blau by my primary doctor. I suffer from arthritis so my right knee was swollen and I was in constant pain. Dr. Blau took the time to talk to me about my symptoms. I have seen Dr Shimon Blau regarding knee pain--1st time right knee, 2nd time left knee. After physical examination and evaluation of my description of symptoms, was given a cortisone injection, which has resolved pain problem for over 7 weeks. X-rays were taken which substantiated Dr Blau's initial diagnosis. Since the injection I have been free of pain and have been able to return to my physical activities.

Dr. Blau takes his time to evaluate and come up with long term solutions. Follow up is important to him. Great bedside manner and excellent with injections.
