Bad with charging visits accurately.

i would give 0 stars if I could. completely unprofessional. first red flag was I showed up for appointment and she didn’t. I called and her “partner” answered and said she would be there in 20 minutes, and I called 30 minutes after the scheduled time. when she arrived she made an excuse saying the system messed up and did not apologize. I also have called her on multiple occasions where her “partner” answered and said he would relay my message for me and I never heard back, OR he would ask me to text him the info where he would leave my message on read with no response. she made me feel guilty for simple mistakes, telling me to make new friends because my friends drink alcohol occasionally (I told her I drank once or twice a month) and that if I didn’t I would fail out of college and life. she also had no idea how to do the payments, charge me random amounts every time because she didn’t know how to price based on insurance. she asked ME to decide and she would charge me later on if it… was more ?? probably the worst part was I moved and needed her recommendation for a new doctor to see me and she was a ghost. this left me without antidepressants that I really needed for almost 2 weeks until I could get an appointment w a regular doctor and then get referred again. absolutely ridiculous made my mental problems worse.

Seeing Dr. Abraham at Psychological Behavioral Consultants caused me more stress than it helped me. She is very dismissive. Each time you answer a question, she preemptively says "mm-hmm" randomly, while scribbling away, before you've even made a point or communicated a complete thought to her. This is obviously a sign of someone with a listening problem, which is not good for someone in her profession. She is also very judgmental, choosing to hear what she wants to hear, jumping to conclusions and then attempting to lecture you. When you stick up for yourself as I did, she backs down and turns into a normal person, but it doesn't last long. One time when I asked her about switching medications, she actually told me, "Well, think about what you want to switch to and we'll try that." I declined, asking, "Aren't you supposed to tell me? You are the doctor, right?" Just a waste of time and money.
