Office staff sucks!

After 3 attempts to speak to a live person (had to leave messages after pressing #1), I'm told first available appt is 5 weeks away. When I explained I had an injured foot, the rude receptionist said "go to urgent care" ! Whatever, been a patient with this group since the 1980's, maybe it's time to move on. So much for customer service.

Never available when needed

This is the worst doctor I have ever had. The wait is always somewhere between one and one and a half hours. When mentioned to the doctor he suggested I find another doctor. He sets the negative tone for all of his office staff who are undependable and rude. There is no follow through. He should have focused on another way to make a living and stayed out of the family business (medical field).

He is my primary care physician and I can never get an appointment to see him. You have to wait two to three weeks if you have an emergency. His office staff is very unfriendly, they never smile or make eye contact.

His office is too busy and he is always in a rush

not caring nor concerned to get the patient motivated about being healthy! Very very rude manner!

Stay away! Staff is rude and seem to hate their jobs! My first visit I thought that I Would see Dr Buhari. After 45 minutes in a stuffy exam room, a pa came in. Did not even know why I was there! Lady's behind the desk were the worst. Don't expect a hello or even a how can I help you? I left confused and not sure what to do next. Stay Away, this is not the onLy medical group in stockton. Staff needs customer service training for sure. I think they would be better off firing them All and hiring people who realize and would be thankful to be employed.
