Shirley Gutierrez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience in helping people learn healthy coping skills for the challenges life hands us. She specializes in helping individuals with complex challenges that can arise from careers, difficult family relationships, chronic illness, caregiver strain, anxiety, and depression. She received her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada-Reno. She incorporates evidence-based integrative modalities such as person-centered therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness.
