Dr. Shiv Bagga

Met Dr Bagga when I was in the hospital at Chandler Regional. I went to his office which had a different sign on the building but when I called I advised I am late cause I could not find the office. Turns out it had the wrong name on building and another on door. Then in small letters it showed correct name. They told me I was late I had to reschedule. I said I called twice and was told it was ok. I had to go back to the office for a later appointment. Dr asked me to get a stress test. I had CHF and plaque in the arteries. I get a call from the office to say my stress test was denied. I called my insurance to see why denied and was told they need a peer to peer call to get approval. They did not have enough info. You can only text office as they don’t answer phone. I have texted numerous times about the peer to peer and they don’t give you a straight answer and they are looking into it. Still over another week still no answer. I then get a text for my appointment and I said… what is appointment for and was told follow up. I said follow up for what I still did not get info on stress test. I will be going to another cardiologist as the office is ruining the practice. Sorry Dr Baggs but your office staff does not care about. The patients.
