Dr. Shiva Mahinrad

I was with her for less than a year when I was discharged from her care and moved to a different doctor since Dr. Mahinrad was moving to a chronic illness practice rather than primary care. I say, "Good riddance." I really did not like how she treated me and I was already in the process of finding a new doctor when I received the letter. She called me a "hypochondriac" at one point when I asked about my test results that had me concerned. I asked my new doctor about the same results and she agreed with me that those results were a problem and my medication needed to be changed. No doctor should make you feel inferior or like you should not take an active part in your health. I think it was a blessing in disguise that I received that letter because I was able to move away without problems.

The staff and Dr.Mahinrad have been very friendly and professional. My whole family has Dr. Mahinrad as our GP. She helped me through my breast cancer diagnosis and treatments.
