I saw him with his team. He was explaining my diagnosis. Made everything seem logical and I could see all these trainees nodding in approval. Then he takes one look at me and says"now this is what we're going to do for you and now this is what is going to happen" and things worked out exactly the way he said they would. I think he may be one of the most competent people I've seen so far

Very helpful and thorough. He went the extra mile to get me an expensive insulin that would not be covered by my insurance company. Pay higher deductibles and get less service seems to be the way things are going in medicine, was told I could not get a new type of insulin even though it would be better to control my diabetes because I would have to bear the cost. He made several phone calls and make sure that the Insurance company would cover it.
