Dr. Shoab Ahmed Nazir, MD

Went to Dr. Nazir for my copd looked at my lung exray and said I was severe. Wrote me long term steroids long term antibiotics and an allergy med. Never let me ask questions seemed he didn't want to be bothered with me. I've learned there are a lot of different things that can be done to help me. I know there is no cure but there is alot that can be done to help. Told me to keep doing my nebulizer treatments. Sad I'm paying a Dr. that can't offer me anything. Just absolutely seems like he doesn't care to try to help me at all

I had a Pulmonary Function Test before I could go in to see Dr. Nazir for my Asthma. 1st time I saw him I asked for result of tests. He claimed my test were Normal & prescribed Atropine Nasal Spray. I was already using 2 nasal sprays. This Dr. showed NO INTEREST in listening to my concers, told me my tests were normal when they weren't & on 3rd visit told me my breathing issues were not related to my lungs, but to my heart. He was dead wrong. He is arrogant in his quiet manner. I would NEVER Recommend him. ??

Dr Nazir had his nurse call me to tell me I had a terminal illness. I was by myself and felt helpless. I had lots of questions. Called back and left messages for Dr. Nazir to call; he never did. Had another of my doctors call and they got me an appointment with him in a few days. He answered my questions and referred me to another doctor. He wanted to get me off his hands quickly. I think he is too busy making money to care for his patients. He has forgotten what doctors are suppose to do......care and heal.

Dr. Nazir found lung cancer in me when I'd gone to 4 other doctors who did not. He personally called and told me about it at 8pm on a Friday night so I didn't have to wonder all weekend. I am indebted to him. He is a great physician.
