Dr. Sholeh Rahimi, MD

I am extremely disappointed with the little care I received from Dr. Rahimi. Despite having a persistent cough, the prescribed medication did not help. I tried reaching out to her multiple times via email and phone, but never received a response. After three weeks, the front desk contacted me to schedule a follow-up appointment and asked for a $15 copay. This is unacceptable given that the initial problem was never resolved. When I refused to pay, I was told I needed to come in person and pay again. It feels like the focus is more on money than on patient health. Other than this, previously a telephone appointment was scheduled for 5 PM, but she called me at 5:55 PM, right before an important call I had at 6 PM. This caused me additional stress and left us with only 5 minutes to discuss my concerns. She also forgot to ask where my pharmacy was and called me again during my meeting. This is just not acceptable. I also requested a referral to an allergist and a nutritionist in January,… but as of May 28, 2024, it still has not been processed. This delay is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the efficiency and responsiveness of the clinic. This experience has been frustrating and has caused me unnecessary stress.

So far, so good. I have only been twice, but she seems to be doing everything right. She is personable and really seems to care. Her staff is also very attentive and makes sure all of the patient's needs are met.

The doctor spend almost 30 mins with me which kind of rare nowadays. Her assistant is awesome and very prompt to follow up with the pt and always with a smile. love the doctor and her Assitant.
