I finished my psychiatric training in SUNY Brookly and Mt. Sinai Hospital NYC in 1999. I was attending psychitrist in New York Presbyterian Hosital for 10 years before I started my full time private practice. I am currently an assistant professor of clinical psychiatry in Weill Cornell Medical College as well as a consulting psychiatrist in white Plains Hospital.

Dr. Zen did not seem to care too much about my treatment. In and out of office then you get the bill. iI would never recommend him.

Horrific experience at this office. I left crying- the doctor didn’t care to take the time to listen to anything and told me that my panic attacks would never leave and definelty come back. I came for a consult because I began Zoloft and had a bad experience. Save yourself the time and money I was very very hurt and upset by this doctor

Dr. Zeng seems to be all about the money. Spent no time on helping me and just questioned my treatment plan. I offered no help or therapy for me problem. What a waste of time. Please read the reviews before going to this doctor.

Dr. Zeng makes me feel very welcome. Dr. Zeng is very easy to talk to. I am very happy to find a doctor helping me to get through this. At least finally knowing what the problem is and what to with it. Thank you!

Very rude doctor, seemed very distant, not comforting and mechanical. No feeling or concern into treating me at all. I am convinced that all is wants is the money.

Very unhappy with the doctor He is all about making his money an really doesn't care about your health or well being!! I have been tring to see Him for almost a month.I would have been a new patient.It all started about a month ago.I made an appointment to see him.My first appointment got cancelled due to snow.He is a very busy man so I waited 2 weeks for another appointment.I forgot all about the appointment.so I call last Monday to reschule my appointment.He failed to call back.i waited a week and put another call into him yestersay I finally get a call back today And he leaves me a voice mail.He says either u owe me money for not showing up or go find another doctor is that anyway to treat a person or a new patient seeking help?I know a policy is a policy but after seeing this keep in mind he doesn't care about your welbeing an he is just worried about putting money in his pocket and really doesn't care about his patients so good luck if you use him
