This doctor degrades you, makes you feel like your conditions you have been diagnosed with years and years ago are insignificant and won’t even treat those conditions. Tells people to see a psychiatrist instead of helping by handling the medications and find other things that may help. I was also Diagnosed by two different doctors that performed tests and came up with the same diagnosis is insignificant and told me I don’t suffer from that condition. He needs to retire and stick with the acting. Also doesn’t know what cyclic vomiting syndrome! A freaking Gastroenterologist doesn’t even know about this conditions that other DRs in the same field have diagnosed because of the constant hospitalizations due to dehydrating.

Left this dr couple years ago after about 10 yrs. His office didnt make confirmation calls for appts. Couldn’t call in yourself to confirm. When tried to his greeting had no operation days or hrs and not to leave a msg. No, couldn’t leave msg because the “mailbox was full”! Also there was no privacy during appt. The exam door was left open by dr on numerous occasions while discussing my medical situation. Several times I found myself following dr down hall toward checkout looking at back of dr’s head while I was still talking to him about my medical problem. When I went in to his ofc to (unannounced, couldn’t call in due to their inattention to their phone usage and mailbox) get my medical records for my new gastroenterologist to use, the ladies there didn’t ask me any questions at all. Nothing. Didn’t ask why I was leaving him or if there was a problem. Didn’t show any concern at all. Great customer service!

staff not helpful. They dont known how to keep appt. Time for patients in order. They need to keep patients informed on whats going.

Staff needs to keep the people inform on what going on. I waited 1 hr 20 .mins. them I had to go because my friend could not get home after 1: 15 pm. Wife has a bad heart and a cripple child that need him to be around. My app. Was at 9 am . I waited until 10:20 am. I got dressed and left at 10:30 am. If I had waited to get my exam it would have been around 2 pm before we would have left there. He had to be home .
