When I go to a psychiatry facility I expect to be treated with a level of respect and kindness. My first impression was, yes the staff was generally kind but that was overshadowed by so many other issues that came up in just the two times I came here. Dr V would cut me off in the middle of my sentences and finish my assumed thoughts. The psychiatry student, first of all didn’t introduce himself to me, so I felt like I was talking to a stranger, then he FELL ASLEEP in front of me in the appointment. He literally dozed off for a second and then woke up and started talking again. I’ve also had to wait at least 30-45 minutes each time I’ve gone in after checking in and when I asked reception about it, I was told that it very common, “ par for the course” she said. When I went to reschedule after my first appointment, the receptionist gave me so much attitude “well how are we going to bill them” when talking about my referral/payment for the session. It was just overall not a good… experience and I didn’t feel comfortable going there. I will be taking my healthcare elsewhere and I would not suggest this facility if you have literally any other option.

I would highly recommend Dr. Vinekar to anyone. He is excellent. You can trust your life with him.

Was not professional refused to follow direct orders of the court to transfer patient out of his care. Refused to look at patients previous charts and was prescribing medication the patient was allergic to. Almost cost family member there job.
