Dr. Shri Odessa Noel, MD

Been a patient for a few years. Provider is always running late, up to 30-45 minutes. Follow-up appointments can be months out. Better get your labs drawn too to get your meds refilled. Kind of understand the last one, but not when you have a scheduled upcoming visit.

Dr Noel is a good listener she is very kind and considerate, very humble. Reviews everything, blood work past procedures. Would definitely recommend her if you're looking for a new doctor.

If you're looking for a doctor to help you figure out autoimmune conditions, this one isn't for you. She doesn't appear to believe in finding root cause and will simply tell you diet and exercise without bothering to ask what your current practice is. She will prescribe for symptoms or send you to a specialist to deal with whatever body part is being impacted, but won't work with you to find a cause. She doesn't take kindly to being questioned. She asked me to find another doctor when I suggested functional medicine as an option to explore after 5 years of specialists and multiple autoimmune diagnoses.

Needed new PCP called this Dr. was told had to wait 8 months to get in as new patient. Waited out the 8 months. Had first appointment was not sent for bloodwork told to come back in 2 months. Went to second appointment talked bloodwork had bloodwork told will wait for results and then go from there. Was called with results were okay was not advised to come back and continue medical care for ongoing chronic pain. Scheduled third appt. told bloodwork fine told not to talk about other things taking up time. Same day asked to schedule a full annual exam told next opening is not for 11 months.

Over a six month wait to get an new patient appointment for PCP care. Was seen then was told another two months wait for a follow up. I am in constant pain with an undiagnosed problem. Office did not return call when said they would still waiting.
