I’m sitting in the parking lot after my experience to take time to write this review. The reviews I have read made me very worried about my appointment. I had to see this doctor after an ER visit for follow-up so I didn’t really have a choice. 1. Check in experience was professional and kind. My wait time was minimal. 2. Dr. Bahadur has a warm smile. I immediately felt at-ease with her. She listened to what happened to bring me to the ER and she asked related questions. She confirmed my medications and health background. We had a nice dialog back and forth. She provided me with some helpful suggestions. I found her to be warm and kind. I never felt rushed and I was treated well. If my primary doctor is ever booked I would return to Dr. Bahadur without hesitation. If you are looking for a doctor, I can recommend her (remember-I have severe anxiety related to health care and I felt great with this doctor!)

I went to seek Professional Medical help from Dr Shruti Bahadur in order to obtain urgent care for a severe on going eye infection and eye allergy. Dr. Bahadur did not seem at all engaged to even discuss my eye malady with me. She did however recite 3 short sentences to me during my entire visit there. Dr. Bahadur even started to look into both of my ears with her light scope thing which was a signal to me that I wasting my time there. She was disrespectful when she began looking at my eardrums instead of focusing on my rotting and infected eye, which was what I came there for. I do not recommend visiting this doctor for any reason. Just 1 Star for Shruti Bahadur MD
