Dr. Shruti Chopra Trehan, MD

Dr Trehan suggested an infusion of Libtaya for my 99 yr old moms squamous cell cancer on her leg. She ended up with a terrible rash all over her body and had to spend overnight in ER, 10 days in compassionate care, and is now in skilled nursing and may not walk again.

This doctor has clearly been bought out by BIG Pharmacy kick backs!! VERY, VERY concerned about putting her patients on drug studies. Promising them the world. Keeping them on the studies even when they are making her clients even more sick. This women has absolutely NO moral compass!!

Dr. Trehan has been seeing me for several months now and always has the time to answer all our questions and is a very caring doctor. Definitely recommend.

My dear friend had this doctor in the last stages of her life. I was in the hospital room when this doctor was in to see my friend. She was a very cold women you seemed completely put out by the fact she has to come see my friend. She was in the room maybe all of 3 minutes. My friend suffered a lot in her last days and cried a lot about how much pain she was in. She told me the one regret she had was staying with this doctor and not getting a second opinion. I miss my friend and hope that none of my family or friends ever go see this doctor.

Dr. Trehan is very compassionate and knowledgeable and one of the best doctors I have seen. I don't understand the negative reviews at all. Everyone I know who sees Dr. Trehan would agree with me, she is an excellent doctor and her caring and communication are wonderful!

My experience with Dr. Trehan has been incredible. She has been attentive - allowing any time necessary to answer questions and provide feedback. She has fought for my treatment when the treatment needed was not yet approved by the FDA or my insurance company. She is kind and intelligent - I do not think another Dr. could have prepared me for my cancer battle better than Dr. Trehan. I still have a long way to go but I feel that Dr. Trehan and I are in the this fight together.

this doctor spends about 10 minutes with her patients, she does not like being asked any type of questions. Absolutely no follow up after treatment!! Extremely hard to reach the office if you have any questions in between appointments. Promise return phone calls, and they do not call back.

She has been my Dr. Since July 2017 and she has answered all my questions . I was put in hospital and she gave me her own personal cell number and she kept in contact with me so she does have compassion and cares for her patients.

Dr. Trehan, who has a pleasant demeanor about does not really seem to know what she is talking about when she is challenged about her treatment plan. She is unable to answer the "why" questions with out becoming annoyed or flustered. Not a quality you want in your oncologist. A person with cancer has many, many questions that need answered during the corse of treatment and you need to have a very confident doctor to guide you along in the process of your care.
