Dr. Shugi Zheng, MD

Very nice person, so I hate to even post this~but as a Dr I was very disappointed to the point where a review can't be avoided....He seemed timid and distraught with just trying to find ways to find some answers to my issues...It was a lot for him to to initiate a simple referral.....I won't go back...I will use urgent care instead...it's a better waste of time.

At first he seemed timid, but second visit was engaging and helpful.

Dr Zheng barely looked at me, no eye contact, no physical contact. He seemed concerned about some test results and ordered more but then never told me if I was ok or dying. Communication would be nice. He didn't seem to care about anything I told him.

Doctor spent all his time typing. Showed little empathy or interest in what I had to say. Never smiled. Worst of all, he put in my record that I suffered chronic kidney failure when 1) it's not true and 2)we never talked about any of my organs. He must have been using another patient's file. I reported his poor performance to the office manager who says she will address and get back with me. I recommend avoiding doctors that make such gross diagnostic errors.

I had a 8am appt at his office. The nurses checked me in and took my vitals. They then let me sit until 845 to inform me the doctor wasn’t there and they didn’t know where he was. He is very unprofessional and doesn’t respect others time. I would avoid making a appointment with him.
