Lynn is a rude, unpleasant receptionist. She lacks compassion for patients that are in pain. Everyone else in the office is pleasant. I am surprised she is allowed to treat patients so poorly,

I saw this doctor, who was recommended by my PC, and he was one of the rudest men I think I’ve ever met. He got mad at me because my granddaughter had spilled some chocolate spots on my copy of an MRI report, kept saying that I was wearing a shoe insert over and over. So? I to.d him one of my feet is larger than the other so I was filling up the space. He continued to remark about this. No idea why, except maybe he thought I had an orthopedic, but he never said. He gave me no meds even though I had come from another doctor who had been prescribing me meds, at least until I can get some other treatment. I had a 2 week follow-up, which I cancelled, even though I’m still in severe pain. I will not be treated by doctors who don’t have any respect for their patients.

He was a very nice and courteous person when taking care of other people. He truly does care about his patients. I will definitely be seeing him again if I need to!
