Liked him at first, but the waiting to be seen is longer than 2 eternities. Office people are mean and rude. Can't handle a computer. Act like you lie about your insurance. Dr. takes phone calls during your be seen time, and has lengthy conversations. Very rude. Dr. is probably okay, but horrible, rude staff and long wait time make it not worth it. Probably won't go back.

The office staff was the rudest I've ever experienced. The doctor doesn't care even after I told him. My family quit going to hjm also because of the same issues. Extremely long wait in the exam room, to be seen by the doctor. Don't waste your precious time.

The receptionist s are the rudest customer service people I have dealt with in a long time. The doctor is great but the customer service on the phone and waiting for your appointment takes forever. The ladies complain about their patients right in front of other patients and are short with everyone. I let them know I was switching doctors due to their poor customer service. Dr. Desai needs to get rid of his bad staff members and I'll come back.

This Dr. Does not want to do preauth on ur meds!!! I've been trying for 2 weeks now to get this done and they keep putting it off!! Even my health Inc has called them 3 times , and still they keep blaming the other office worker!!! I'm very hurt that they keep doing this to me , I'm always nice and always pleasant when I'm there . And to be treated this way is very upsetting to me !! I'm seeking a new Dr ......
