Dr. Shyla Reddy is very talented primary care physician specialized in primary and geriatric care with great positive personality, lot of patience, good presence of analytical mind, good attitude, positive mind, thoughtfulness, amazing physician work skills, wisdom. Dr. Shyla Reddy follows many rules in life and gives a lot of respect to human beings, patients etc. Dr. Shyla Reddy treats human beings, patients very respectfully in a polite courteous empathetic manner, following Equality, Justice, talking politely, giving lot of respect with her extremely positive wise mind. BEWARE - UNETHICAL, MALICIOUS PRACTICE. I wish I could give 0 stars to her facility. I was charged for things not covered under annual physical. I called her facility several times for 8 months and I was told they will write off the charges. And now, I again receive a bill from Labcorp and this doctor and her staff tells me I have to pay everything - nothing will be written off. They delayed this so that I miss my chance to file an appeal (which can be done only for 6 months). Please stay away from them to protect your health and money. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Their licence should be cancelled.

My husband and I are new patients and are very happy under the care of Dr. Teddy. Our first appointment proved to be reassuring to us because Dr. Teddy was kind, compassionate, and warm. Our chronic diseases ( we are elderly), need a doctor who cares. We, along with our daughter who accompanied us, found Dr. Teddy to be kind and thorough. Excellent visit with Dr. Reddy

Dr. Reddy is a nice enough person and a decent doctor. I would not say she is outstanding or excellent. However, I will say her office staff's customer service and billing practices are atrocious. I received a bill MORE THAN TWO YEARS after an office visit because they failed to file a claim. This is after filling out insurance information twice and the office claiming that they never received it - yes, I filled it out in the office and handed it to the staff. Two visits, regular service, and months and months of insurance mistakes - now years I guess because of the new bill - and I figure, save the headache. Find a good doctor with a good office staff and legal insurance/billing practices.

Dr. Reddy is one of the best physician I have!

Dr. Shyla Reddy is my primary care physician. She is wonderful, staff is so courteous and they show so much caring and take the time to talk to you and make you feel so comfortable. If doctors make you nervous, as they do me, please go see Dr. Reddy I am sure your visit will be much more pleasant than you can imagine.

Dr. Reddy has been my doc for I believe the past 8 or 9 yrs. I am a big procrastinator and put off taking care of health issues. Dr. Reddy does not nag but gently reminds you at every appointment of what needs to be done to prevent health fails. For example, she asks at every appt. if I had a colonoscopy thing having to do with preventive medicine. She asked about or 7 appts. straight & I finally, reluctantly got a coloscopy. Turns out I had two large polyps that would have eventually become cancerous. She is a no-nonsense. Asks if you've been taking your meds & refers to a specialist if you want. I am diabetic and she makes sure we stay on top of it. You never feel that she's rushing you. I am sorry that she is leaving USA Fam Medicine, I have to try to find another one I would like as well.
