Brought my child in for a "covered" cleaning. Was given a receipt of a $0 balance. Scheduled a 6 month cleaning. A couple weeks before my child's appointment, I received a call saying my appointment was being cancelled because I had a balance on my account. I asked why and they said her cleaning was not covered because they didn't carry her insurance anymore. They thought they would be able to keep carrying her insurance . I said if her insurance wasn't taken then why did I get a $0 bill? They said that I could get a discount on my bill and I refused. My child's insurance would covered the cleaning. Now I have a bill in collections and he won't remove it! It is against the law to do this!

Overall lazy. Receptionists are rude and inconsiderate. If you leave an emergency message on the weekend they will not get back to you. youll have to call them firat thing monday. They open up exams cleanings and fillings as early as 730 am yet wont even begin returning emergency calls until after 830 wich has never been the case in my situation they simply never have called. you sit in the office long enough you'll realise there is alot of talking and luaghing. All the while you sit in pain. And then you just ask yourself...who is their leader???

Dr hersini is a fast moving cold and arrogant dentist.
