Dr. Siara Zee Elovich

I will preface this review by saying that I am TERRIFIED of the dentist. It's almost embarrassing to say that I have gone long periods of time (7 years and then over 3 years) avoiding the dentist because of my fear and also having had some traumatic experiences with the dentist in the past. That being said, I can't say enough about Dr. Elovich, or Dr. "Zee", as I like to call her. From the moment she walked into the appointment, I felt that things were going to be okay. And as she asked questions and actively LISTENED and understood my anxiety and what kept me from making dental care and checkups a part of my yearly (now 6-month!) routine, I knew I had found MY dentist. Dr. Elovich cares about her patients. She cares a lot. Just as importantly, she is clearly an expert at what she does. I went in having horrible tooth pain and terror around what it meant in terms of treatment and left feeling like a new woman with a plan of action. Not only were we solving my immediate… issue, but she actively put a plan in place (with the AMAZING staff she works with) to dramatically improve the damage I had done to my gums and overall dental health to mitigate, as much as possible, future dental issues. She never made me feel bad about not keeping up with my dental check-ups in the past. Believe me, I've had those lectures in the past. In fact, one of her goals is to help her patients gain confidence and comfort to put them on the path for lifelong dental health. Dr. Elovich is professional, highly skilled, kind and compassionate; as is her team. If this is new and improved dental care vs. what I knew in the past - I am a lifer! And I am extremely grateful.
