My experience with Dr Tulachan’s office has been horrible. From being disconnected while I was on hold, to not being notified that the Dr. was out of the country on the day of my appointment, which they knew when the appointment was made and confirmed, to not getting the results of my tests until MUCH later than is acceptable due to his trip…I doubt I’ll go back. Although I was able to talk to the office manager, all I got was a mediocre apology. Dr. Tulachan is great, but office management is awful!
