Dr. Sidney M Broder, MD

I took my 15 year old daughter here after a concussion and different symptoms that were longer lasting. The ONLY positive thing about coming to this office was getting a diagnosis, which we had already self diagnosed her with, Post Concussive Syndrome. They were all about pushing drugs on her, even offering her muscle relaxers. They put her on an outdated medication that causes rebound headaches, and other drugs a 15 year old should not take. And a prescription wasn’t even written correctly! (You do have to bring the prescription in to the pharmacy because they are so outdated they can’t fax?) After getting her into UofM Medsport, they immediately told her to get off what this office prescribed her. Shannon in the office is terrible at her job, does not know how to send referrals or call back. Terrible at scheduling. The wait is always long after you arrive. They did an EEG and it took over a month to call us with results, which were apparently never put in her file, as well as Nancy’s… notes…they just vanished, apparently. The office never followed through on anything on their own, without calls and reminders from me. I would NOT recommend!! Steer clear, unless you are looking for a doctor to not get down to the root cause and just medicate you.

Excellent care! Dr Broder gave me my test results from an xray the very next day and I feel well informed of my condition. I recommend Dr. Broder's office - excellent care !

Dr.Broder is the second doctor that really listened, he was VERY sincere, asked ME what I wanted him to do, where as all my other neurologist just ran a bunch of test and prescribed drugs. “THANK YOU!” Dr. Broder for running tests that may will hopefully give me some answers. There are very few Dr's like Dr Broder, he is very busy, I can see that. His office is friendly and also very busy. I have been to the other neurologists offices in flint, there are only so many. That's why it You are looking for a great Dr., You go see Broder, yes it's busy. u WAIT... It's worth it, if you want the best. That's why they are busy. If you don't think so, make an appt. With Dr. " nightmare Tarajki's" office. You'll see. You'll feel the pain from his needle anyway. Dr tzatziki ought to be locked up. Dr. Broder is an angel, ?? just busy taking care of everyone including us too.

I hope to save someone else the unfortunate experience I had. Without sharing a long story, in a nutshell, Dr. Broder was unfriendly, unhappy, angry (almost bitter, really), and sarcastic. I guess I should have walked out but I was looking forward to getting help and advice from a specialist about my problem (migraines), I waited a long time for the appointment, and I kept waiting for the visit to get better and it didn't! I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout my visit. He had no interest in me, my problem or how to fix it. It was so, so disappointing.

Very disappointed! Had an EMG. Dr. was very impersonal. Staff failed to send a report to my dr's office in a timely manner. After waiting 3 weeks, I called the office and asked about the report. Was told it would be sent to my dr. that day and one week later at a follow-up appointment with my dr., they still had not received the report.

Dr Broder is EXCELLENT. Never before have my parents nor I went to a doctor that explained things as well as he or that takes the time to listen. This doctor is A++++++++++++++++++.
