Dr. Sidney Neimark, MD

Office staff was very nice from beginning to end. Dr Neimark had a terrible bedside manner. I have an extensive medical history and was knowledgeable enough to bring all my notes with me. Had abdominal pain and sickness over the weekend which is why I made an appointment with him. He first started off by asking me why I didn't go to my primary care. Then mixed up my notes as he was dictating the same time he was questioning me. He was more concerned about is dictation headset then my concerns. I had to correct him a few times dictating the wrong medical history. Then commented it's only been a couple of days so I shouldn't be worried and go back to him Friday if I'm still sick. You can't pay me to go back to that office. Zero empathy. Unorganized. Terrible experience. Dont go here.

Dr. Neimark is average, but the first time I was contact for my payment was a letter threatening to send me to collections. Terrible service. Avoid if possible.

I think he knows what he's talking about but he has a real attitude problem. He treats me as though I am a "bother" when asking a simple question. When calling you on the phone he sounds like "Why are you bothering me and what OTHER help do you need"? i guess bedside manner is important to me although I always thought it wasn't particularly. You do like to feel like someone cares, after all. Maybe it's just me but don't think so as I've spoken to a few other people who have had similar issues. I'm changing dr's.
