My approach centers on medication management, beginning with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to better understand your symptoms, history, and what may be contributing to how you’re feeling. From there, we work together to develop a treatment plan that makes sense for you. Our visits can also leave space for supportive talk therapy when you feel it would be helpful.
