Between 2022 and 2025 I was a patient of this provider and—based on my direct experience and preserved records—I suffered serious harm from multiple, documented problems with my care and with my medical record, including alterations to chart entries I did not authorize, billing and medication inconsistencies that caused interrupted care and financial loss, and audit-log access events that do not match my activity. I filed formal complaints with the clinic’s risk management, the Connecticut Department of Public Health, and the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Office for Civil Rights during that period, and I have redacted supporting documents available to journalists and patient-safety organizations on request. I will post copies of grievance documents and agency receipts publicly as they are received, and my intention is to provide other harmed individuals and patients with a clear roadmap they can follow if they have experienced similar wrongdoing by this provider. One word: don’t. Beyond that don’t risk your life this equipped uneducated. Dr left me for dead after finding her medical error.
