Seems to enjoy theatrics and dramatic diagnosis. Convinced me that my thyroid gland was disappearing, and, in addition, I was headed for a deadly stroke from afib. Traumatized me so much that I asked that an ultrasound be done for my disappearing thyroid--I wanted to know how much , if any, was left. With great fear, I asked the technician if my thyroid was still there. Yes it was. Maybe a little scarring but intact. 4 years later, under a different doctor, my thyroid levels are normal. I do not, nor did I EVER have, a quivering or irregular heartbeat.

Never calls back, even when you specifically ask to speak with her. Always has her nurse cal you back and questions are thus never fully answered because the nurse doesn't convey everything you want to. Feels like all the appointment is for is looking at labs and giving medication based labs...which seems like work a computer could do. Wish there was more treatment or conversation about other components of the disease than just meds and labs. Overall, not impressed and would recommend finding a different endocrinologist.
