Sinceramente es una excelente pediatra ella ve a mi hija desde los dos días de nacida y ahora mi hija va cumplir 6 años, cada vez que e necesitado sus servicios como pediatra ella está ahí y se toma el tiempo con los niños , no la cambio por nada , ella es una persona muy importante en la vida de nosotros .

I have been seeing Dr. Daici for 2 years now and she is awesome. Her staff is very nice as well. I love that for the most part she is on time (things happen sometimes but not something that happens a lot) She is always available or will call you with any concerns or questions you may have. I highly recommend her.

The front desk personnel at this office are horrible. When you ask them a question, they don’t have enough respect to even look at you or give you a reasonable answer. I’ve experienced this on a few visits. I called recently to speak to the doctor about my daughters fever that she had for 3 days and they couldn’t be less concerned. First, they lied about the office being closed on that day, then proceeded to say “well we’re not closed, but busy. You should call back tomorrow”. That was even after requesting to speak with the doctor. The doctor seriously needs to consider overhauling her clinical staff.

As soon as you enter, will meet 2-3 unhappy and annoyed lady staff. They just want to sit like potato. And if you ask something, they will get more busy on the computer, completely ignores you. React like are why are you here? My suggestion to them - please go to AM/PM City MD Paramus and see how happy, work dedication they have, and customer service, is superbbb. Except vaccination and well visit, there is nothing much learning there. Will always recommend promotional products, If its raining or bad weather condition..doesn't feel shame telling that you will be charged if can't make it. They have no system of educating parents, just take kids for vaccinations and cold fever issue..that's it. Staff doesn't care if you waiting for 2-3 hours. they don't even call to let you know about delay. Don't understand how hard is for kids to wait for 2 hr..everything is just unprofessional. I found them running after $$$$$

Dr. Daici is great. However, her new staff on the other hand is a piece of work. I scheduled a physical for my daughter and asked that her universal healthcare form be filled out. Why they would schedule that appointment as a sick visit is beyond me! My daughter was taken out of the room she was in because the the medical assistant, Edith said my daughter's appointment was booked in the calendar as an appointment as a sick visit and since my daughter was not sick I had to wait for another patient to go ahead of me. She then charged me for a sick visit when my daughter had her normal physical. I asked the medical assistant how she will be submitting this visit to my insurance company because if she was submitting a sick visit, I wanted to bring her daughter back for her wellness visit, which everyone should have once a year (most insurance companies cover once free wellness visit and mine does). God forbid you ask Edith, the medical assistant questions about her charging your… insurance company for both a wellness visit and a sick visit for one visit, be prepared for an aggressive attitude. She told me she is allowed to submit 2 visit in one and when i made a face of confusion, she said " I don't know why you are making a face I already told you to call your insurance company." in an extremely condescending tone, I simply told her " I am asking because I am not in the insurance or medical billing industry, so of course I will have a questions." Then I asked her why she would take my child out the room that she was placed to have another child have a physical and tell me to wait for my daughters physical and charge me for a sick visit. She said "Well you received a prescription" , the prescription was for her eczema which the doctor prescribes once a year every year since she was one, my daughter is 6 now. Again, why they would charge for a sick visit for something that has been taken care of during a normal physical since birth is beyond me but what is worse is that i paid for the sick visit and my daughter was taken out of her room and was told she has to be wait to been seen for her physical because she wasn't there for a sick visit.

She always listens my concerns, she knows my children very well and she always knows their history. She is very friendly and approachable and she is the best doctor!

Dr Daici is very caring, personable and knowledgeable doctor. I wouldn't take my son to no one else. We visited other pediatricians, and there is no way we gonna anywhere else again. She is wonderful, and her staff it, too.
