Extremely cold and rude. I went for a labiaplasty revision consultation- a topic that's already very scary and emotional, was on time, and she spent less than 15 minutes with me. I noticed it felt like she was rushing through the visit so I asked if she had time to answer some questions and she said "no I dont have time sorry". (Yet there wasnt a single other person in her waiting room and it was 11 am) How uncompassionate can a person be? Just awful...

My experience with Dr. Silvia Rotemberg was better than anything I could have ever asked for. A breast reduction at such a young age seemed scary at first, but from the moment I met her she made me feel comfortable and understood with all the concerns I brought up - I instantly knew I was in the right hands. Dr. Rotemberg is extremely kind and always takes her time to listen to all my questions and thoroughly explain everything to me. I can tell that she truly cares about me and did everything she could to achieve the results I wanted. My surgery went extremely well and the recovery process was a lot faster than I expected, today I am one month post-op and feel like a completely new person. The office staff has also been exceptionally kind and attentive throughout the entire process. Veronica and Kenia always take their time to answer any questions or concerns with the procedure details, appointments, and everything else. I am extremely impressed by the results so far and am beyond… grateful to have had Dr. Rotemberg perform what feels like a life changing surgery for me! I would recommend her to anyone!!

I couldnt be happier with my decision! Both my doctor and staff have been super friendly and helpful. Everything has run smoothly between scheduling, to my procedure and my post op. I am extremely happy with my results!!! I was so nervous at first but I was made to feel at ease and my recovery has been great! I would definitely recommend Dr. Rotemberg and staff! Go with your instinct and with a doctor and office you can trust.

I am a 70 yr old woman . I had silicon implants put in after a lumpectomy 45 plus years ago. I never had them checked or replaced , and they went rock hard and leaked . The leak was so bad it was almost coming thru my skin. I was referred thru Medicare to another doctor. I won’t mention his name ,but the man was cold heartless and rude. I stopped going to the appts, and searched on my own. I found dr. Rotemberg and knew this is where I had to go. I am glad I did. She did not take my health insurance so I covered the cost myself. But the operation the care and the results have been excellent. The clinic appts are very little waiting , the young ladies working there are delightful and they always greet me with a smile. The doctor herself is an beautiful elegant reserved woman , who has taken great care during my operation to make sure all the poison was removed including the capsule that formed. I was afraid I would be deformed because of the work needed to be done. I am happy to say… the replacement implants are beautiful and I am whole again. I am grateful to the doctor and will follow her instructions as for the healing.
