After graduating as the valedictorian from his high school in Louisiana, Dr. Wall, Jr., studied at the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated with honors. He then went on to earn his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. For his internship and residency, Dr. Wall, Jr., attended Stanford University's prestigious plastic surgery program, which was the first in the country to incorporate plastic surgery into all five years of training. There, he trained with some of the most famous plastic surgeons in the country. Dr. Wall, Jr., received extensive training in complex reconstructive surgery, microvascular surgery, cranio-maxillofacial surgery, cleft surgery and aesthetic surgery. His comprehensive plastic surgical background has allowed Dr. Wall, Jr., to pursue his interests in aesthetic breast surgery, facial rejuvenation, body contouring, and nose reshaping surgery.

Does not listen to patient's concerns and very rude when answering questions about patient's legitimate concerns post op.

The bedside manner was rated a 4 star only for the first visit. Since then, it should be rated a 5. The doctor was not real friendly on the first visit but was very professional and knowledgeable, however, I'd rather have a really good doctor than a very friendly but less knowledgeable doctor.

If I had a million dollars and could afford to visit any plastic surgeon in the world, I would still choose Dr. Wall Jr. He knows his stuff and will not lead you in the wrong direction!! I send everyone I know to his office.

I was recommended by several friends to Dr. Wall. I had an operation that was unsatisfactory by another doctor. I had 2 Consults with Dr. Wall, one right after my first surgery and one 6 years later. My first consult went well; I had every intention to use him. I decided to wait on the next procedure. When I went back, I was very wary and unsure about what I wanted to have done to fix my first surgery. He seemed to get frustrated with my indecision, and started pointing me towards having extra procedures done as well. I am absolutely positive Dr. Simeon Wall, Jr. is an excellent surgeon and would have given me satisfactory results, but I was unimpressed with his bed side manner, and after the appointment was uncomfortable with chosing him for my surgeon. After my first surgery, I learned to go with those feelings! Good luck with your surgery!

Dr. Wall is to the point. He is upfront about your exectations, your fears, and misconceptions. He treats you like a patient. His personality can seem abrupt at times, almost rude. But his talent as a surgeon is undeniable.
