Dr. Simi Dhillon

Dr Dhillon is amazing, always listens and discusses before any decisions. So lucky to have a brilliant young dr as my pcp

Unfortunate experience and simply do not recommend her. A very arrogant and self-serving physician who lacks true empathy. Please seek another provider. She isn’t worth the long wait.

I choice Dr. Dhillon, I am new to the area and her office was very close. First meeting was good. She seemed kind, caring and compassionate. But as my health issues became more serious, she became more of I don't know. She has shrugged and just walked away. For simple things she is good. But her inexperience shows. She is quick to send you to a specialist and that is good. She is incredibly overbooked and time with her is very limited. As I said for simple everyday minor issues, she is good. Serious health problems. get a specialist. Why do Dr's over book? It decreases the quality of care and Dr patient relationship. sad.

Dr Dhillon replaced my prior Doc who moved to different location about 30 miles away. That Doc was so good, I nearly followed him to the new office. From initial visit, and several subsequent urgent visits, my expectations of good care have been surpassed. I reluctantly take any oral prescription drugs for fear of side effects, and Dr Dhillon has provided insights into dosing on alternatives such as Turmeric, Sour Cherry, and Red Rice Yeast. The office team is very professional, and backup Dr Jack Poles is very experienced.

I am astonished by how caring this young lady is, and how I have found a great new family physician for me and my children. I love her attention to detail, and the fact that she really does listen unlike a lot of other doctors. Also, I have noticed that she will go the extra mile to explain what’s exactly going on, and what the latest medicine journals prescribe. All in all, i am really satisfied that I have a brilliant physician who really cares for me and my family. Thank you Dr. Dhillon!!

I really believed in the goodness of Dr. Dhillon and thought that she and her staff cared. Unfortunately, I had to learn differently because of my case being one of medical complexity. It was also my experience that my needs were overlooked and the physician's frustration was taken out on me. I am aware that the medical profession can be a taxing one, but that frustration should never be taken out on a patient. Nor should medical staff send capital letter responses to patients through a portal system. It comes off as yelling. Dr. Dhillon overlooked a serious abnormal result that landed me in the hospital. I was unable to get into her office timely after being hospitalized, which resulted in a readmission. While I am not one to write reviews, I felt it was important to make others aware. I think she may be good for simple matters, but anything of complexity, she may not be the best fit. Aside from that, conveying to a patient that they are undeserving of good care because of… a bad day, etc. sends a devaluing message. I am now reluctant to seek medical care from primary care physicians or entrust them with my history or needs. I will stick with specialists. It will always be sad for me to know that some doctors forget their oath to "do no harm." I even tried to rectify the situation, believeing the best of people, and only received more capital letter responses. It was incredibly shocking and disappointing. I hope she and her staff will be able to improve, because patients truly deserve better.

Dr. Dhillon provided equal time for me as anyone ahead of me, listened and focused on my reason for the appointment, and treatment was thorough. Dr. Dhillon answered questions clearly and I'm more than satisfied to have her as my pcp.

Dr. Dhillon is always very professional, listens to all my concerns, and explains her reasoning for treatment well. I would highly recommend her.
