Dr. Simmi Parmindar Dhaliwal, MD

I saw Dr. Dhaliwal about a month ago after being referred to her by my doctor to explore alternative hormone treatment for PCOS outside of birth control, which I thought was a rather simple ask. However, instead of just telling me that she didn't have this knowledge, she instead spent the entire appointment trying to tell me that all my doctors have been lying to me and that I don't have PCOS based on the fact that I don't 'look' like I have this disorder, completely ignoring that I went through an over year-long process with multiple doctors and various types of labwork to get diagnosed with PCOS, and she completely invalidated it simply because I didn't fit her image of this disorder. I was literally crying in her office trying to explain to her what my symptoms were and what I needed but she WOULDN'T hear any of it; she refused to help me, and now my symptoms are worse than ever, and I'm so scared even to try seeing another doctor so AVOID this doctor at all costs if you have PCOS.

If you are not a skinny Minnie to begin your pregnancy expect degradation at every appointment, constantly "loses" your signed VBAC paperwork, disregards your concerns. Forces C-Sections .... her phone call personally to me at the nurses station when I was asking for an ultrasound to see if I could wait a week or two instead of doing a c-section on her schedule was "No, you will not better allowed an ultrasound,, and either you do the c-section now, or if you leave and come back in labor I will not show up."

I went in for a PAP Smear and when I called for results, I was told I only had a pelvic exam. She did not use any lubrication and I went through a horrific experience. Her awful attitude before, during, and after the procedure was appalling. She should not be working in the medical environment. She is a miserable human being.

Fui emocionada a mi primera cita para ver a mi bebé, también le traté de hablar de mi ansiedad y depresión que empecé a sentir desde el principio del embarazo, pero ella no escucha, es como si no le importara, después me hizo una ecografía y las únicas palabras que dijo antes de salir de la sala fue: “no se puede ver el bebé, parece que tuviste un aborto natural, esto es todo por hoy” y salió de la Sala. Yo no lo podía creer, no supe qué sentir, estuve entre la rabia y la tristeza. Ahora pido otra doctora y otro diagnóstico porque puede ser que mi embarazo esté muy temprano y por eso no se pueda ver claramente el feto. ELLA ES LA PEOR DOCTORA QUE HE VISTO EN MI VIDA.

The wait wasn't too bad. Once I was called they told me to change and before I knew it she was seeing me. However, once she started my exam she did everything fast and very rough! Its not supposed to hurt but it did hurt pretty bad ??

I have another OB doctor but Dr Dhaliwal was the one who delivered my wife. She knew I wanted to help out with the deliveryu and when the time came she leet me deliver my baby girl (with her help of course) it was such a special experience for me and my wife. We were so lucky our regular doctor could not make it an next time will have Dr Dhaliwal as our regular OB! Thanks from Owen and baby Avery.

I had a nice experience. Office was empty when I got there. I was put in a room in 10 min. Clean. Quiet. Dr was nice, came up with a good plan. I left happy.

Just had my pap here. Good parking. Office nice and clean, pretty enough. Staff nice. Doctor was good, addressed my issues. Short wait time. Not crowded. I'll be back

Dr. Dhaliwal, tragically, was the dr. on call for my delivery. From the moment she entered the room, she made it very clear she had more important things she was attending to prior to her arrival. Her demeanor was cold, rude and outright mean. She entered when I was 5cm and just stood there with a cold look on her face. I was delivering all natural––NO epidural! I needed kindness or at least a positive presence. At one point I asked her: "How am I doing?" Her response: "NOT GOOD." And she said it in such a non-caring/non-supportive way! She was very brutal during the delivery. Thank heavens the nurses where caring and supportive along with of course my husband. Dr. Dhaliwal deserves zero stars if it were an option. I have nothing positive to say about this heartless Dr.

Dr Dhaliwal was fantastic with me. I have seen several gyn and never had my problem solved. She examined me and gave me a medicine that finally worked!!! I am so happy. I thank God that I found her. Finally I am cured. Thank you Dr Dhaliwal for helpin me, and thanks to your staff who fit me in last minute. Yay!!!
