Simon’s very empathic and intuitive. I felt comfortable the minute I met him because he showed a great deal of curiosity in getting to know me. Moreover, he worked hard and thought outside of the box to guide me and provided me with solutions in navigating my difficult relationships.

Simon has been excellent. He has shown characteristics of an experienced mental health professional through his attentiveness, encouragement of deeper thought and consideration of my affairs, his peronability and relatablitlity which gives me the comfort that my words are being considered and listened to, and most of all, his compassion and empathy that he consistently assures me of and shows through his transparent communication. I would highly encourage anyone in need of a mental health and wellness professional to consider Simon as their primary consideration.

I recently did 6 weeks of therapy with Simon not only did I feel like I had a real support system in play but he's also a veteran with a pretty tragic and inspirational story I just wanted to say he helped me to relax and breath and have me allot of tools to confront my depression and anger he really gives u the feeling of a friend not a therapist i would recommend this man to anybody who has low self esteem depression or anyone who just needs to get something of thier chest after every session I truly felt inspired to be a better husband father and man thank you Simon u helped me more then u know

I've been working with Simon for about a year. It has helped tremendously and I can tell that I've grown so much since moving to him from another therapist. He's so professional and a great listener. He has tailored our sessions to fit me while also continuing to challenge me in ways that I need.
