IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE THEN DON’T USE THIS DOCTOR I visited this doctor in 2018, 2020 & 2022 in 2018 I complained about left side headaches, left side nosebleed, left side throat pain, left side ear pain. He checked and noted that left side throat is red, there's no ear infection, and cauterized nose vain & told there's nothing wrong next time in 2020 i came with a sonogram from my regular Doctor showing a lump of about 1x2x2CM in my neck / head close to my ears you could also feel the lump. i came very concerned and made it clear to him how concerning this is to me, he checked and noted that left side throat is red, there's no ear infection, and categized nose vain & told me there's nothing wrong. when i pressed him about the lump he mocked me and laughed at me "so you are afraid you have cancer?!.dismissively .." i told you there's nothing wrong, it’s nothing, really nothing”. Me being the trusting type thought, well you are not smarter than the doctor, & if he says it’s… nothing then you can relax, it nothing. so, i did nothing for the next 2 years forward in 2022 visit, same symptoms, he again said its nothing to worry about, put i was persistent and kept on coming back to it again and again 4 times that there are so many symptoms all on the left side where the lump is so there it must be "something". Finally, he relented & said "I’m telling you it’s nothing but if you insist, the patient is always right i will send you for a sonogram” but I’m telling you you’re wasting your time, it’s nothing. I took a sonogram, they recommended an MRI, long story short turned out I had a Paraganglioma / Schwannoma all along, for years! it grew to 4X3.5X2Cm over the years and most likely already spread to other parts of my body. Now the surgeon tells me – the surgery will be a lot more complicated because it was ignored for 4 years and grew since then. He also told me i will lose my voice and might not be able to swallow, think about it I'm 42 years old and will not be able to talk and eat for the rest of my life all because of gross negligence of this doctor! why couldn't he tell me make an MRI back in 2018???! or in 2020 i must point out that the doctor was always positive and gentle i always liked him, i never had an issue (other reviews say he is aggressive and angry, I NEVER experienced this with him) BUT considering that he is so grossly dismissive of symptoms even ones he can't explain, even multiple symptoms over a log period, therefore I say IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE THEN DON’T USE THIS DOCTOR

Excellent doctor fast service. He cleaned my ears very fast with no pain.

My visit with Dr. Friedman was excellent. He was both personable and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions, and took care of my problem with ease. I left his office a happy camper! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Friedman to anyone in need of an experienced ENT doctor!

I just got hung up on and my jaw is still dropped. I can't even comprehend how a receptionist as a doctors office could be that crazy and rude. She literally hung up on me as I tried to tell her this office is listed on my insurance. These other reviews are of no surprise. It's so over the top your first reaction is to stop anyone from having to have that flung at them when trying to seek medical help. How on earth has this been allowed to continue?

This doctor allocates 5 minutes to each patient. Does not asks questions.. Not friendly, does not explain or cares about patient health. There is no question that the doctor only cares about making money.. Stuff besides audiologist is not pleasant. I would never understand anyone who would go to see this dr for the second time. I would never recommend this dr to anyone.

I agree with the other reviews. The receptionist was very rude. Told me we have a cancellation at 3:30, and if you are even 5 minutes late the doctor won't see you. What Doctor takes you exactly on time. When I got there (10 minutes early) they didn't even take a medical history. Saw Doctor, told him my left ear hurts and I think I have an ear infection. He looks in my right ear and pooh poohed me when I said my left ear hurts. Didn't even look in either ear with an otoscope Said it was wax and recommended ear drops and said come back in 10 days. As I was leaving found out he had a plane to catch. No wonder he only spent 2 minutes with me. Will definitely NOT be going back in 10 days, 10 months, 10 years.

I haven't seen dr, friedman yet but I called to make an appt today, and was appalled by how rude the receptionist was to me over the phone! Literally abusive!! I've never encountered anything like this in all my years when scheduling an appt. she was nasty and threatened to put the phone down on me all because I was trying to explain my desperate situation, how miserable I'm feeling etc. No compassion whatsoever- I wish there would be a way for me to let dr friedman know this- unless he has the same personality- I don't think he'd be happy to hear that she is throwing his patients away- I'm still trying to get an appt elsewhere so I can cancel my appt and not have to deal with such nastiness!

I wish i would have read the reviews befor i went to him.... i thought the doctor is good because his staff stinks let me tell you the doctor stinks so much he doesn't know how to take out wax of my ear with bleeding me to death I fainted in his office And after i woke up from laying in the hallway i try to make a phonecall to my wife and the African American staff start screeming at me no cellphones aloud and she almost grabed away the phone from me... at night i landed up in the emergency room, i have taken out wax by alot of doctors i never hade a problem... Please readers DO NOT USE HIM FIND ANYONE ELSE HORROR HORROR

anyone leaving this doctor a positive review must be from his staff because he is absolutely atrocious. i've seen him 2 times in total and then went out and found an ENT who actually know what he is doing. he basically doesn't listen to a word you say, gives you a diagnosis without even hearing you out, writes a prescription and then rushes you out in a total of...3 minutes, maybe less.i have no idea how this man has his license.
