Dr. Simon Milov, MD

Once I got to see the Dr., he was respectful, thoughtful, clear, thorough, and knowledgeable. I’d come see him again if the need arises. But the wait time was too much; I waited almost 2 hours. Staff was polite, but I can’t help assume the process is disorganized so as to cause such extreme delay. They need to consider that everyone’s time is valuable.

Dr. Milov helped me with my thyroid issues. He did a biopsy and it was negative. He put my fears ease. Now I just need to follow up with him in a yeah basis just as a precaution. Very thorough with his work. Staff is friendly and efficient with their work. 2 thumbs up.

I like how he is firm n to the point. says how he sees it. Doesn’t waste time n asking to return n pay another copay. Did everything in 1st visit. He is a jokester too. Staff on the other hand, is bland, no small talk n do not explain things, don’t open up in conversation to help u feel comfortable n at ease. Would feel more comfortable if doctor did the pre-screening instead of staff.

Worst DR ever to come to the US is on the board of directors and they will do nothing to rectify the situations

I like how he says things as he sees them. truthful and to the point. took time to answer questions n joked with my son. Surgery scheduled quickly did not have to wait weeks n weeks.

If I ever visit this office again, I am going by Martin's and get some sweet feed and some alfalfa for the cows. Maybe they are hungry

What a sorry excuse for a DRs office. Never again. Staff is brain dead.

Never in my life have I seen such incompetency. Is this an asylum where the inmates work as trustees? Never ever ever again
