He is the only doctor who exam carefully before any tests and he Usually diagnos easily beside he is caring and smiling doctor make patient feel better even before treatment. I dont want to see any other doctor while he is practing. God bless him with long life.

Dr Ritchken's is a brilliant doctor with 40 years of experience and great bedside manner. In an unfortunate case when procedure cannot be fully completed, most doctors reschedule procedure to be repeated another day - which can cause lots of grief to the patient because of the prep. Dr. Ritchken went above and beyond by returning same day to redo the procedure to accommodate patient’s request. Dr. Ritchken practice isn't a "factory" like many others. He works for himself and he chooses to take his time and pay full attention to each patient. He is also very sharp, efficient and organized. I am glad I trusted a combination of his excellent reviews, extensive experience and background. I recommend him to anybody with any GI issues – whether mild or serious. His stuff is very friendly and they returned all my phone calls promptly.

I have seen Dr. Richken for two colonoscopys and he is wonderful. He sees his patients first in his office for a history both physical and social. He really does care and he is quite pleasant. I'm grateful for his care.

While Dr Ritchken may be an excellent physician, his office staff and manager are horribly unorganized and unavailable. If you like playing infinite phone tag or finally conversing with abrupt and self centered help, then this is the office for you. In the end, it's all about them.

Superb doctor, very thorough and kind. You never feel rushed, and you know you are getting the highest quality care. He listens and he is genuinely concerned about the patient. Makes follow up calls and test result calls himself! Unheard of. An awesome doctor.

Dr. Ritchken practices medicine as if he were treating a family member. His initial health interview was very comprehensive without being rushed. He actually took the time to sit in his office and attempted to establish a rapport with the patient. Afterwards his physical examination was very complete. He actually touched the patient! His manner was excellent throughout the entire visit which lasted 45 minutes. He took the vital signs himself and did not delegate anything to a medical assistant. His explanation regarding the diagnosis was complete and clear to understand. The treatment plan was comprehensive and well-thought out. I would recommend all my family and friends to seek medical care from Dr. Ritchken.

My sister and I have been seeing Dr. Ritchkin for over 10 years. We're elderly, and my sister has had severe health problems for decades. Dr. R & his staff picked up on my problem ASAP, got me the care & (literally) life-saving surgery immediately -- that is: both my sister & I are here today because of their superb interventions. They're wise, they're thorough, they're top-notch...and they genuinely CARE. We could not ask for more.

Dr. Ritchken is very attentive and listens to his patients. He spends time trying to understand what symptoms you have. He is an excellent physician and a genuine human being.
