Dr. Simona Nichita, MD

October 20, during a call regarding my son’s case of pink eye. The physician I spoke with was similarly unprofessional—talking over me, dismissive, and ultimately hung up on me as well. When I immediately contacted Teladoc to file a complaint, I was told that there was no record of the call, even though I clearly received a call from a private number. It is extremely concerning that Teladoc doctors are contacting patients from blocked or private numbers, preventing any form of follow-up or accountability. This lady was rude and if you google her every review says the same thing she has a nasty attitude and she talks over people and has a nasty attitude!

Horrible and rude. Poor manners. Questionable knowledge.

When asking follow up questions to better understand Covid antiviral treatments, she flippantly asked if I was a medical professional. Quite rude when I’m trying to figure out options for a three month old with Covid. Would have been much more helpful to answer the questions versus going immediately on the attack.

Crazy and unprofessional

We were blessed with having Dr. Nichita as our son's pediatrician. We were VERY sad when she left Las Cruces. She is an amazing doctor. COME BACK PLEASE!!

Dr. Nichita and her staff are awesome. She is very professional and always on top of everything. She is very detailed explaining things. It is hard to find a doctor you feel comfortable and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.
