Dr. Simone Gainey

Dr. Simone Gainey is a Board Certified specialist in Pediatric Dentistry. She believes in providing kind, compassionate treatment to young children inclusive for those with special needs to assist in enhancing and maintaining their oral health with the use of various behavior management techniques. By specializing in Pediatric dentistry, Dr. Gainey’s goal is to make every child’s visit an enjoyable, fearless and exceptional experience. Dr. Gainey a native of Houston, Texas completed her General dentistry schooling at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee in 2012 and later completed a rigorous and accelerated General Practice residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center Houston in 2014. After obtaining her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, Dr. Gainey’s love for children led her to specialize in pediatric care and she proceeded to complete her Pediatric Residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center in 2017.
Dr. Gainey is a recipient of many awards such as Chief …Resident at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center Department of Pediatric Residency (2017), Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center Outstanding Leadership In Dental Outreach (2017), Co-Chief Resident at the University Science Center Houston (2014), University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston GPR Best Resident Award (2013), The American Dental Society of Anesthesiology Horace Wells Senior Student Award (2012) and the National Dental Association Foundation/ Colgate-Palmolive Scholarship (2011). Her Professional Affiliations include the American Academy of Pediatric Dentists, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Greater Houston Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry.
