Dr. Simone Keisha Guest, DO

Kind, caring and compassionate while at the same time exceptionally brilliant. Dr. Guest definitely knows her stuff and has a gentle tact in relaying it. She won’t “clobber” you over the head with what she knows, but believe me when I tell you that you better listen to her because she knows what she’s talking about. Her bedside manner is beautiful and I sincerely appreciate her tact and gentle way of relaying information. She firmly yet kindly got me to go in for routine mammogram that ended up showing a tumor that was cancerous. Dr. Guest personally called to quickly get me in with everyone I needed to see to take care of things - she’s an angel and I’m deeply grateful my health care is in her very competent, capable hands.

Dr. Guest is a great doctor. she took her time to listen to my concerns and was very friendly. So glad I saw her.

I have been a patient at Braverman-Panza practice for 18 years. My first GP was a NP--Martha LeRoy...she was terrific. When she moved on, I became a patient of Dr. Guest. She knows who I am, remembers pertinent facts about me and my life and takes lots of time to listen and ask questions. She is not a pill pusher. The other thing I LOVE about this practice is the follow up. I wound up in the ER a couple of months ago and the NEXT morning received a phone call from them checking in with me to see if I was OK. Judith, the RN who makes the follow up calls is AMAZING and I am always surprised and so appreciative when I get a call from her checking in with me. I find the desk staff to be efficient, compassionate and friendly. The practice has now added a bloods lab right in the office which is SUPER convenient and the phlebotomist is LOVELY. Couldn't be happier with the hometown feeling I get from these wonderful women.

While my contact with Dr. Guest has been more than satisfactory I'm sorry to say the office staff is lacking! From 1 unpleasant nurse (out of several I have encountered, all others were ok) to several mistakes by the office staff including mishandled notes to be picked up, wrong paperwork generated and billing me directly and not my insurance. All this basically doubled the amount of time i needed to 'deal with' just my 2 appts with the doctor! (gggrrr I just luv wasting time and energy due to incompetance!) here's hoping they improve!!!

Dr. Guest is as sweet as pie. I would definitely love to have coffee and chat. Doctor wise , she has a little bit to work on. Unfortunately, she does not have the people skills and does not leave you with a safe feeling. If you don't know your stuff, sadly she doesn't either . The experience of her nurse was enough to turn you off. General nastiness and impatience. There were no other patients so what's the rush? At least say hi and how are you? The receptionist checking out needs some help also. I almost lost my mother and they were all just la-di-da . I had to call her specialists nurse and both are members of SPHP! No other ( and we've been to most facilities are run this way. I love St. Peter's and this floored me. Never experienced this alternate universe with SPHP.
