I love Dr. West. I’m so happy I found her after so many negative experiences with gyn providers. She is such a safe place for me; I'm so grateful.

I have looked for an Obgyn that was a good match for me for years. Ive had some traumatizing experiences and really wanted to feel safe and heard. Finding Dr. West was such a blessing. A black woman as my obgyn was heaven sent. She listens. She is efficient. And most importantly she understands! She presents the information in a clear way that doesn’t create more anxiety. I love her and the entire office. Thank you so much Dr. West.

Also, their follow up on my visit was appreciated. It has been years since I have found an OBGYN practice that I can trust and feel comfortable with from patient visit to after care. Dr. West is very informative and listens to her patients. She genuinely cares and treat her patients with utmost respect. Dr. West makes you feel comfortable during procedures and exams and engages to ensure that you health is not neglected. Dr. West is god sent and I am blessed and honored to have her as my doctor.

Dr West is very caring. When I attend the office , she seems cheerful and ready to listen to my concerns. She will give you ample time to express yourself with out ever interupting. I like that she is proactive in advising for yearly routine exams. Her personality is warm and light hearted .The staff has always treated me well when I visit.

I have been a patient of Dr. S West for several years now. I have always received the best service, medical plan and customer service whenever I go there. For all my woman care, this is the place I trust. Over the years I don't feel like a patient anymore it feel more like family. I will recommend her to any and everyone I know because of her professionalism... her down to Earth Spirit ..her persona that take over the room. I appreciate all that every time I go for a visit because that makes me more comfortable and less stressed. If it wasn't for Dr West my pregnancy journey could have came to an end before it even started.I can't thank you enough for all that you do and all that you've done.

This office is the worst medical office I’ve even been to my entire adult life. Starting with the tatted up, way too long lashes, and ghetto attitude front desk person, to the medical assistant who got an attitude because I didn’t want to answer certain questions that have nothing to do with an annual exam (Highest level of education, marital status, how many partners I’ve had in my life, etc.), to Dr. West asking all the same questions I already answered two months prior when I made the appointment and was sent a questionnaire to complete and completed again last week when I confirmed my appointment and again today when I checked in via there online portal and then again with the medical assistant. Christ have mercy. Dr. West if I wanted a STD screening and I asked if was there a separate charge and she said yes because it’s not required for women over the again of 30 (mind you I’m 46… I guess you can’t catch an STD over 30…lol). I rejected the STD test and Dr. West looked at me with… an attitude. Then at checkout, the person told me my total was $200+ when I went in an annual exam. She tried to explain that because I might have an underlying issue another swab was taken and that wasn’t covered by my insurance. I asked why didn’t the Dr. tell me that there would be a charge and the ghetto front desk person jumped in and said because the Dr. doesn’t know these things. She proceeded to yell out in front of people sitting in the waiting room that if I have a problem then cost of the office visit applied and was $200+ even though the extra swab was connected to the reason for the annual exam. At that point the office manager stepped in and told me that they would cover the cost and the ghetto person told me to shut the f*ck up. When I returned the same energy the office manager told me this isn’t the practice for me. I replied… oh trust me I made that decision the moment I walked and had to interact with your ghetto front desk person.

Dr. West is very knowledgeable, personable, and an overall a breath of fresh air. She takes time to listen to her patients concerns and answers any questions that are asked. Her bedside manner is top tier! Dr. West provided emotional support to relieve my fear and anxiety. I strongly recommend her if you're looking for a Physician that has respect for the patient's values, preferences, and expressed needs.

Dr. West is relatable and easy to talk to I never feel as if I’m being judge which as happen with other doctors. She is knowledgeable and have great bedside manner.
