Dr. Sindu Pillai, MD

I normally don't like to write reviews. But I feel like I need to. First I waited 1 hour and 40 min for my daughter to be seen. Once inside, it only took less than 10 min for the doctor to check her. I mean this was a physical check, i felt she was rushing. Definitely changing to another Doctor. She's not caring of her patients.

Dr. Pillai is an awesome doctor for my three children. I'm always impressed with her knowledge & care she gives my family. She is direct & personable. I've had questions when her office is closed & she answers her cell phone to aid me in the moment. I've never had a doctor give me their cell number. This has saved trips to urgent care, which to me, that is priceless. Thank you Dr. Pillai!

I have all my children going to this doctor, She is on target with all her diagnoses and has a wonderful staff that are not only friendly but very thourow in what they do... Dr. Pillai is not only a proff. but also treats you as a person. She is very patient and knows exactly how to take care of your little ones. I recommend her to any one.

Dr. Pillai has been my son's pediatrician since the first day he was born at Rancho Springs Medical Center. She is a skilled, professional physician with such wonderful bedside manners. Cynthia is great! She gives quick vaccine shots that are forgotten as quickly as they went in. We are so pleased with Dr. Pillai service that she is now the pediatrician to our second child.
