Summary
I was born in Seoul, South Korea in 1961. Our family immigrated to Brazil in 1972 and subsequently immigrated to the United States in 1973. We initially settled in Michigan and then moved to Oklahoma where I attended undergraduate and medical school. After finishing medical school in 1988, I moved to Southern California for my internal medicine residency and nephrology fellowship. Southern California has been my home ever since. My lovely wife and I have three wonderful children
