Dr. Siraj Khaja Ahmed, MD

I received adequate care from Dr. Ahmed; however, his customer service is abhorrent. His office does not answer calls from patients or insurance companies. There was a dispute regarding my CPAP machine and I had to physically go to his office 4 times because no one answers the phone. Although I gave them the exact wording that was needed to process the claim, it still was not submitted to the insurance and after 5 months I still cannot order new supplies. I am filing a complaint with our insurance companies

Terrible. Cancels appt. Last min. No one answers phone. Voice mail is full but they don't call back anyway.cant get prescriptions filled.have to get them thru my primary care dr. Find another dr. Hes not worth all the time you have to waste.

I went to see Dr Ahmed as my primary Dr requested. Had to wait a week. I was there at appt time one thirty. No one at the front sign in desk. The ladies working for other Drs were extremely unhelpful. About 2pm somesomeone finally some did come out to check the sign in sheet. And called me in a few minutes later I was asked for my insurance cards and put in a room. 20 mins later the was delayed he would be 20 more minutes at 3pm I went to deal stating I was leaving had to pick up grandson. No other appt was offered. I asked for next available appt.told 1 week later. The nurse was already putting another or in my room. No I sorry or anything staff very rude and unfeeling.
