Dr. Siranoush Haik Kevorkian, MD

We have been to this clinic three times recently. Everytime we arrive before the appointment time, then we need to wait at least 1.5 hours. I don't know this is only with one doctor, or this is something general for this location. Today when we finially see the doctor (we are here to discuss the lab results), I was going to ask a question related to lab results, I just started "I have a question...", then the doctor immidiately stopped me, she said " You need to make another appointment ! you only have 15 minunts... why you didn't say you had a problem... I need to see other patients!". This is really rude! I have to remind her that we have waited for 2 hours, then she agreed to give us 5 mins. We have been there 3 times, I don't want to say "always", but generally speaking, this doctor is not patient. She interrupted me even before she understood my question. I won't recommand Doctor "Siranoush Kevorkian" to anyone.

Every time I have seen Dr. Kevorkian, I have waited for more than two hours past my appointment time to be seen by the doctor. She blames her reception, and the reception staff blame her. She also had me come in for an appointment to give me negative test results that could have been said over the phone... instead, I was two hours late to work because I waited for 3+ in the lobby. Each time I checked in with staff, they told me I was "next in line" and that it would be bad for me to leave to go to work. After my second check in, one receptionist rolled her eyes and told me, "Can't you just tell your work that you're at the doctor's?" She refused to refer me to anyone despite not having an answer for my symptoms. I gave up and found another doctor.

I waited for about 3hrs before deciding to leave and I had an appointment. The nurses have family members running around with unnecessary foul language. The nurses seem to care more about their personal life than anything. The Dr is moderate she can be rude at times. And you can tell there is conflict between her and her employees. I will NEVER go back there for another pregnancy
