I can't recommend Kolli Psychiatry enough. After years of struggling to find the right psychiatric care, I finally found a practice that treats the whole person, not just symptoms. Dr. Kolli is an exceptional psychiatrist who takes the time to truly listen and understand what's going on. She's knowledgeable, compassionate, and creates treatment plans that actually work for your life. I never feel rushed during appointments, and she's genuinely invested in my progress. What really sets this practice apart is having executive function coaching integrated into the care. Working with Ken has been transformative for managing the daily challenges that medication alone couldn't address. Having both psychiatric care and executive function coaching under one roof means my treatment team is actually coordinating - they're on the same page about my goals and progress. No more bouncing between providers who don't communicate with each other. The team-based approach here is incredibly thoughtful.… Everyone is professional, responsive, and clearly cares about patient outcomes. The office makes it easy to get appointments, and they're great about following up. If you're looking for psychiatric care in Monmouth County that goes beyond just writing prescriptions, this is it. I'm finally making real progress on both the clinical and day-to-day functioning sides of my mental health. I'm so grateful to have found Kolli Psychiatry.

I have been struggling with PMDD since my 20s. I have gone to gynecologists, therapists, and psychiatrists for years and never felt I was taken seriously. Dr. Kolli is the first person that I felt really listened to me and validated the suffering I would go through every month. She had me track my cycle and worked closely with my gynecologist to get me on the right track. I am no longer debilitated for 1 week every month and am functioning again. Her support and guidance gave me my life back. I can't recommend her enough.

I never thought I would be the kind of guy to go talk to a psychiatrist. I have a good job and a good family and I felt guilty for not feeling happy. After I confided in a friend, he insisted I give Dr. Kolli a call. That was three years ago and I have never looked back. Dr. Kolli has a way of guiding you with her thought provoking questions to find the answers within yourself. I have worked through things in my years of working with her and I am grateful that I was able to find someone as talented and caring as Dr. Kolli.

I started seeing Dr. Kolli several years ago during my early stages of recovery from an opioid addiction. I had seen many psychiatrists in the past with relatively poor experiences. Dr. Kolli was the first psychiatrist that I felt like really took my goals for treatment into consideration and finally got me to a therapeutic place with my medication. She is professional, approachable, caring, and nonjudgmental. I am now in long-term recovery from opioids and she has helped me get through numerous life events since I started seeing her. I am currently working on my doctorate and I believe that Dr. Kolli has been integral in helping me get me to the position I am at today. She continues to work with me on my anxiety and has been extremely accommodating while I am currently away at school in terms of phone sessions and etc. I have recommended her to my own family and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a good psychiatrist.

Dr. Kolli and Elizabeth Bates are my lifesavers! They are compassionate, caring and professional while truly understanding the struggle of depression and anxiety. They sincerely want to help and made me feel like family…..not just another patient. I would highly recommend them.

Both of Dr Kolli and Elizabeth Bates are wonderful to deal with. However Dr K is very pricey.

Dr. Kolli helped me tremendously when I suffered from Post Partum Depression (PPD). She took the time to sit with Myself and My Parents to explain what it was that was happening and how she believed she could help. She listened to my concerns, I never felt rushed and she always reassured me that this was common and I WOULD get better! Dr. Kolli is a fantastic Person and Dr. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Kolli to family and friends.

Dr. Kolli is Very Caring, that is probably the Most Important quality needed in a Doctor. Everything else should be secondary!

Dr. Sireesha Kolli is a highly skilled, perceptive, and caring therapist who is a dedicated healer. I first found Dr. Kolli when a relative, a psychologist himself, reviewed the information about psychiatrists in my vicinity. Impressed with her training and credentials, this relative encouraged me to make an appointment with Dr. Kolli. From that first meeting, I have found Dr. Kolli to be open, warm, and kind. I was immediately comfortable. She creates a therapeutic relationship of complete trust and has been available to me at times of crisis at a momentâ??s notice. Her insights have enabled me to manage my depression and grief. I have never before written a recommendation for a medical professional and I do so now with complete confidence in Dr. Kolliâ??s tremendous talent. I would also like to add that I am an adult, but I know that Dr. Kolli also works with adolescents. Given her gentleness, I can imagine she is very effective in dealing with this population as well. As a clinician my views of finding a Psychiatrist were bleak. Too expensive, 15 minute sessions and all about medication. When I found myself in need of help, a friend recommended Dr. Kolli. Reluctantly, (very) we scheduled an appointment. To my great amazement Dr. Kolli was attentive, engaging, an excellent listener and willing to do therapy. She is also very professional. It doesn't get much better than this. She is engaging and helps me clarify many of my issues. I would highly recommend her to any person seeking treatment. Dr. Kolli also treats children! Dr. Kolli also works with those affected by addiction. My personal "shout out" would be to any professional who is looking for quality and confidentiality.
