Really great. I have an unusual condition. She knew what it was and gave me hope when all I got from others was the run around. She is very matter of fact. She is kind and knowledgeable So if you are looking for looking for someone to just say yes to you, this isn’t your person. She will show you the correct information if she thinks you received wrong info. She called my docs at NIH when my condition changed and it had nothing to do with her field. This call saved my life.

She is about getting the job done. She is smart and proactive. I always feel like she treats me as if I know as much as her. Always with respect. She educates so I was so clear about what was happening with results. She is now in a leadership role and I can see why. She doesn't have as much time for patient care but you would never know. She showed up at the MRI when my daughter was getting imaged; she personally reviewed with the radiologist. Made him in a nice way explain what was happening. I am so glad she is here in El Paso. My dad ended up having a rare condition and she asked her friend in New York who is an expert to talk to us. Talking about going to bat for my entire family, just great.

She saw my daughter who had a complicated history. No one could figure it out. She was seen by several doctors in this area and also had two surgeries. She reviewed my daughter's chart and apologized for everything we had gone through. She said if she couldn't figure it out then she knew several people who she could call. She figured it out. Helped us feel better by confirming with another expert in Boston who agreed with her. We stayed with her. She did a surgery that lasted 1 hour. My daughter went home. She is now pain free and able to resume life. You won't get anyone better. Not sure what all the low ratings are about...I don't get how someone gets a one unless someone has it in for her. She is tough, unrelenting, and knows her stuff. Hope it helps.

Dr. Reddy took so much time explaining the pros and cons of birth control pills for my daughter who has a serious medical problem being treated by someone else. She was very careful to recommend a contraceptive method that would not interfere with her treatment.
