Dr. Charnond is very thorough and willing to listen to all concerns. Appointments are on time which is a plus!

I had an appointment for skin tag removal. Stephanie Graham, APRN, did a great job removing the many skin tags I had. Ms. Graham advised that if all of the tags didn't fall off, just come back in and she would take care of them. All of the tags fell off except for a few of them, just as she predicted. I called to schedule an appointment to remove the remaining tags. A few days later I received a message from someone, not Ms. Graham, to make an appointment with a Dermatologist. I called again to explain that the treatment was very effective and that only a few of the 25-30 tags remained. Also, that Ms. Graham had advised me to come back in, if any remained. I was given an appointment. A few days later the same aforementioned person left another message, that I needed to see a Dermatologist. I am very disappointed in the way this minor situation was handled. I should not have to go see a Dermatologist and pay for another office visit/treatment, when I've already paid for an office… visit/treatment.

Office staff asked us to come in ten minutes prior to 8:00 AM knocked on the outside door of the building repeatedly without anyone answering although we could see people sitting at desk looking at us trying to get in. Several Innovare Health staff arrived after 8:00 AM walked passed parked at the walkway entrance at he front door of the building, didn't inquire if we were having trouble entering and when several were asked merely dismissed us without offering any assistance. At approximately 8:25 AM the fifth person to pass us said "Oh I will let you in from the inside that door should have been open at 8:00 AM, walked inside the side door, then opened one of the double doors from the inside manually and came outside then opened the opposite double door with her key. This is ironic because several people inside the office and several that entered through the side door earlier said they didn't know how to open the door or were not responsible for opening the door. In addition, the… office was called at approximately 8:15 AM after the time it indicates on the greeting that are to be opened and the office is closed greeting was on although we could clearly see office staff working at desk inches from the front door entrance and saw several people entering through the side door of the building after 8:00 AM.

They make an appt-tell you they accept your ins-doctors name is actually on ins card-show up for appt-they tell you they don't accept your ins!!! TERIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
