Dr. Siva Kiran Mulpuru, MD

I recently was a 3-day inpatient of Dr Mulpuru's. I was very pleased. He gave clear explanations and gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions. He confidently worked with his colleagues to read my heart rhythm results and make appropriate changed to my medication. It was a pleasure to be his patient and I was very impressed.

Through consultation and follow up

Dr. Mulpuru did not invest the time to review my medical records which were sent a month in advance of my appointment. He was unaware of the tests, let alone the results, ordered for my appointment and performed at Mayo Clinic the day of my appointment. He relied on my self-report to make a diagnosis and treatment plan. I had to stress to him the reason for my consultation. He gave me no written discharge plans even though he wanted me to stop two medications and start another. He fell severely short of my previous Mayo Clinic experiences.
