Stay away!

Dr. K's was initially good, but he soon quickly started to pressure me to come in for repeated visits. During one general checkup visit for test results, I asked him if he would look at an ingrown toenail. He told me I would have to book another appointment if I wanted that looked at that. However, the most troubling thing is that recently they have changed their policy for prescription refills. They updated their system recently, which "mysteriously" also resulted in several of my prescriptions getting messed up with Humana. Also, rather conveniently timed, now they are now refusing to call in one of the prescriptions. In the middle of a global pandemic, his office is now telling me I have to schedule appointments every 90 days in order to get prescriptions. They told me I would have to book ANOTHER visit if I wanted that prescription called in, even though I had just had a visit about a month ago. The very same prescriptions his own office would call in with 3 or 4 90 day… refills as recently as last year. Doesn't really feel like a doctor's office but more used car salesman.

From the moment that I entered Dr. K's office, I felt very comfortable. The receptionists were nice and the atmosphere was calm. The waiting area was very neat and clean. I didn't have a long wait. Dr. K is very thorough at answering questions and explaining things. Very detailed. He made sure that I was educated on my sickness before I left. The most important thing to me is he didn't rush. He took his time with me. Dr. K is amazing.

I have been going to Dr. Kotikalapudi for several years, he always listens and does all he can to resolve what I'm there for, he is a great Dr. who shows great concern for his patients.... he genuinely cares and wants to get you better, considering how many Drs today don't have time to care it is refreshing to know a Dr. that i can trust and depend on.

office staff sucks,dont go there he is a good dr and very nice person he just needs to get rid of his unproffesional staff,the girl behind the window looks like she hasnt showered or brushed her hair in a month,the are very unproffesional ,HE is not so they arte dragging this doctor down
