Dr Agazzi took out a large tumor from a family member of mine. He is an expert in his field !! He is informative, compassionate, excellent bed side manner, highly skilled neurosurgeon! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Siviero Agazzi is exceptionally, polite. He listened carefully to my wife and I, asked insightful, relevant questions, and listened with empathy, and caring. He is attentive, helpful, and patient. He made us feel very welcome and could not have been more helpful. We have complete confidence in him.

Dr Agazzi is the best ! He saved my life! He has amazing bedside communication and really takes the time to explain everything! He put my fears to rest and gave me my life back! I would 100% recommend him!

After traveling from out of state to see Dr. Agazzi, he confirmed what our local neurologist was unable to find. Compressions on the 5th, 7th and 8th cranial nerves caused by the vertebral artery. He puts the patients safety and well being first, even if that means delaying surgery for further testing. 4 months post-op you would never know that I had any cranial nerve issues to begin with! Dr. Agazzi gave me my life back, and I couldn't be more grateful.

Dr Agazzi did my emergency brain tumor surgery when my local neurosurgeon wouldn’t touch it since the placement was so dangerous. I was taken by ambulance to Tampa General, met with Dr Agazzi and discussed my options. Emergency surgery was needed in the morning after a battery of tests was done. Long story short I had a complete recovery. Three years later I have had numerous follow ups and yesterday we discussed that there was no need for more follow up for three years. I have been treated the whole time with dignity and respect and I credit this amazing surgeon for saving my life. My wife and two daughters thank you Dr Agazzi!

Dr. Agazzi completely dismissed me after I came to him for follow up post gamma knife for an acoustic neuroma. He told me if I lost weight that my atypical trigeminal neuralgia would go away. Find a new doctor. Do not waste your time..

My husband had a ruptured brain aneurysm that was rare with it's qualities. He was originally flown to another hospital in the area and the doctors there wouldn't even attempt to fix it. They contacted Tampa General's Neuro Surgery department and Dr. Agazzi said he would do the surgery. In the process it was found my husband also had another aneurysm on the other side of his head that had not ruptured but would also require surgery. After two weeks of being in the hospital my husband was transferred to TGH and the very next morning Dr. Agazzi did brain surgery on my husband to go in and clip the ruptured aneurysm saving my husband's life. Six months later Dr. Agazzi did the same surgery to clip the aneurysm on the other side of my husband's head. Both surgeries were successful and my husband has no neurological deficits at all. Dr. Agazzi is an excellent surgeon! He is sharp, smart, highly skilled, honest, caring, and able to get the job done when no one else is. God is working… miracles through his hands and we are so very thankful for him. Would recommend him without ANY reservations.
